Hola! I’m Antonio Romero’s Chorizo de León, born in the mountains of northern Spain, where chorizo is made slowly, over wood smoke, and with tradition in every step.
I’m made with pork, paprika, garlic, and natural spices. Lightly smoked and gently cured, just enough to keep my full flavor and juicy bite.
I’ve got that smoky kick everyone loves and a firm texture that holds up beautifully when cooked. Grill me whole and I’ll crisp on the outside and stay tasty inside. I’m also great pan-fried with eggs, in a sandwich, or added to a hearty stew. However you prepare me, I bring the flavor.

How to store me Keep me frozen at -18 °C (0 °F). Once thawed, store in the fridge and enjoy within 5–7 days. Let me sit out a few minutes before cooking to bring out the best of my flavor.
How to enjoy me Grill me whole or in chunks. Sear me in a pan with bread, eggs, or veggies. Dice me into lentils, rice, or any dish that needs depth. Slice me for sandwiches or serve as a tapa with cheese and pickles.
