Returns and Refunds Policy
In Antonio Romero Productos Españoles SL We work to ensure the highest quality and accuracy in all orders prepared and shipped. Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
1- Food and perishable products
For reasons of food safety and hygiene the products perishable or intended for consumption They cannot be returned or exchanged. except in the following cases:
- If the product received does not match the order.
- If the product arrives damaged due to an error in handling or shipping attributable to Antonio Romero Productos Españoles SL.
In these cases, the customer must report the incident within the 24-48 hours after receipt.
2- Non-perishable products
Returns are allowed for non-food and non-perishable products, provided that:
- They are in perfect condition.
- They have not been used.
- Keep the original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
The client has14 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt of the order to request a refund, according to current consumer regulations in the European Union.
Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless Antonio Romero Productos Españoles SLmay have made a mistake in the shipment.
3- Return Authorization
Before returning a product, the customer must request authorization by email or telephone:

Once the return is approved, a Return Authorization Number, which must be included in the package.
The merchandise must arrive at our facilities within a maximum of 14 calendar days since the approval.
4- Shipping costs
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded., except in the case of error on the part of the company.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs., except in the case of errors or incorrect items sent by Antonio Romero Productos Españoles.
- Returned shipments will not be accepted freight collect.
5- Receipt and refund
Once the merchandise has been received and verified, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original order.
6- Products damaged during transport
If the order arrives with visible damage, the customer must:
- Notify them in 24-48 hours from the reception.
- Keep the original box and packaging, as they will be needed to process the claim with the transport company.
If the packaging is discarded before inspection,It will not be possible to process the claim.
7- Orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery refusal
If the order cannot be delivered because:
- incorrect address provided by the customer,
- repeated absences of the recipient,
- package rejection,
the client will assume the shipping and return costs.
If the customer decides not to receive the order again, the refund will be issued minus:
- transportation costs,
- and a 10% for management expenses (restocking fee).
8- Shipments during periods of high temperatures
The customer accepts that orders from fresh meat, frozen or heat-sensitive products Sent during periods of high temperatures are made under your own responsibility.
Antonio Romero Productos Españoles SLwill do everything possible to preserve the products, but is not responsible for any damage caused by transport especially if it is not selected urgent or refrigerated shipping when appropriate.
