1- Scope of Delivery

We ship to:

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (see special conditions)
  • Countries of the European Union

2- Order Preparation

Orders are prepared between24 and 48 business hoursafter payment confirmation, except:

  • High-demand campaigns
  • Products with limited availability
  • Festive weekends

If there is any delay, the customer will be informed.

3- Shipping Methods and Times

Spain (Peninsula)

  • Standard shipping:24–72 business hours
  • Express shipping (recommended for perishable products):24 business hours

Balearic Islands

  • 48–72 working hours

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • 3–7 business days
  • Shipments may require customs documentation and may involve additional costs.

European Union

Timeframes vary depending on the country:

  • Standard shipping:3–7 business days
  • Express shipping (when available):1–4 business days

4- Shipping of Perishable Products

For fresh, chilled or frozen products:

  • We use specialized packaging and transport to guarantee food safety.
  • We recommend choosing express shippingespecially during periods of high temperatures.
  • Antonio Romero Productos Españoles S.L.is not responsible for any damages resulting from carrier delays or extreme weather conditions..

5- Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and volume
  • Type of service selected

Promotions or purchases exceeding a certain amount may apply.free shipping, when it is announced.

6- Order Tracking

Once submitted, the customer will receive an email with:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number (when the service allows it)

7- Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Repeated absences in delivery
  • Package rejection

The client will assume:

  • Initial shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Potential reshipment costs

8- Shipping Issues

In case of receiving:

  • Damaged products
  • tampered package
  • Product shortages

The client must:

  1. Notify us within 24–48 hoursfrom the reception.
  2. Keep box and packaging, necessary to process the claim against the carrier.

If the packaging is discarded before the inspection,we will not be able to process the claim.

9- Holidays and Special Dates

Preparation and delivery times may be affected by:

  • Christmas
  • Easter week
  • National bridges
  • High summer temperatures
  • Periods of high demand

We recommend placing orders in advance during these periods.
