My spice level is mild—just enough to add a little kick without overwhelming the dish. I’m great for cooking: on the grill, in a pan, or added to rice, stews, or tapas. I also go well in sandwiches or with some cheese and crusty bread.
How to store me Keep me frozen at -18 °C (0 °F). Once thawed, store me in the fridge and enjoy within 5–7 days. Let me rest at room temperature a few minutes before cooking for better flavor.
How to enjoy me Grilled whole or sliced. Pan-fried with eggs, potatoes, or greens. Added to lentils, rice, or pasta. Served in sandwiches or on a tapas board.
