I am Antonio Romero Acorn-Fed Ibérico Ham, shaped to celebrate the moments that truly matter.
Hand carved and presented in a heart-shaped format, I was created for sharing — or for enjoying quietly, as a small gesture of appreciation, gratitude, or love. Because some of the most meaningful moments don’t need grand words; they simply need good jamón and time well spent.
I come from acorn-fed Ibérico pigs and have been carefully cured for over three and a half years in the natural cellars of Salamanca. There, time and tradition have shaped me into a ham with deep, nutty flavours, a silky texture, and a richness that gently melts on the palate.
Each of my slices is hand carved by master artisans, preserving my aroma, marbling, and purity. Personally selected by Antonio Romero, I transform one of Spain’s most treasured delicacies into a heartfelt expression — perfect for sharing with family, friends, or someone special.

Take care of me
I love cool and dry places, so please store me in one. Once opened, keep me refrigerated to maintain my freshness.
Before enjoying me, open the pack at least 30 minutes in advance and allow me to reach room temperature. This helps my flavours fully unfold — best enjoyed slowly and around a table with good company.
What I am made of
I am completely gluten-free. My ingredients include pork ham, sodium chloride, sugar, antioxidant (E-301), and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).
