I’m made with gherkins, cocktail onions, olives, red peppers, and chili peppers, all pickled in vinegar and arranged as ready-to-eat banderillas.

My name comes from the colorful spears used in bullfighting. In the same way, I bring color, flavor, and a spicy kick that livens up any appetizer.

You can enjoy me straight from the jar as a tapa, pair me with cured meats and cheeses, or serve me with a glass of wine or vermouth.

Take care of me
Store me in a cool, dark, dry place. Once opened, keep me refrigerated in my liquid and consume within a few days.
