Hi, I’m Antonio Romero’s “De la Abuela” olives. My recipe is inspired by the way Spanish families have seasoned olives for generations, with olive oil, red pepper, garlic, and aromatic herbs. That’s how I achieve a balanced flavor, rich and full of character.
I’m a split green olive, which means my skin is slightly opened so the seasoning can soak in better. This gives me a stronger, rustic taste that evokes classic Spanish cooking.
Enjoy me as an appetizer, on a tapas board, or add me to salads, pizzas, or Mediterranean dishes for extra flavor.

Store me in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep me refrigerated and enjoy within a few days for my best flavor.
