My recipe is inspired by the traditional way Spanish families have seasoned olives for generations, with red pepper, garlic, vinegar, and aromatic herbs. The result is a rustic, intense flavor with the authentic character of classic Spanish cooking.
With my balanced marinade, I fit right in as a tapa, on charcuterie and cheese boards, or simply enjoyed with fresh bread.
