Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight and volume
  • Selected service type

(Marbella and surrounding areas)

  • Free shipping on orders over 25€
  • Orders placed before 10 AM → delivered by 4 PM
  • Orders placed between 10 AM and 4 PM → delivered by 7 PM
  • Orders placed after 4 PM → next-day delivery
  • Costs vary based on order weight and destination postal code.

Mainland Spain Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over 50€
  • Next-day delivery by 7 PM for orders placed before 10 AM
  • Orders placed after 10 AM → 48-hour delivery
  • Costs vary based on order weight and destination postal code.

Shipping Outside Mainland Spain

  • Free shipping is not available
  • Options available: Express, Air, or Sea freight
  • Costs vary based on the selected service and order weight

Delivery Times & Potential Issues

Preparation and delivery times may be affected during Christmas, Easter, or National Holidays. We recommend placing orders in advance during high-demand periods.

If the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Repeated absences at the time of delivery
  • Refusal of the package

The customer will be responsible for: Initial shipping costs, return shipping fees, and an additional 10% management fee (restocking fee).

Antonio Romero Productos Españoles S.L. is not responsible for: Carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or any incidents derived from transport.


Damaged Products or Order Errors

In case of a damaged product, tampered package, or missing items, the customer must:

  • Report the incident within 24-48 hours of receipt
  • Keep the box and original packaging

Important: If the packaging is discarded before inspection, the claim cannot be processed.

Returns and Exchanges

For food safety and hygiene reasons, returns of perishable products or items intended for consumption are not accepted, except in the following cases:

  • The product received does not match the order
  • The product arrives damaged due to an error attributable to Antonio Romero

In these cases, the incident must be reported within 24-48 hours.
