I am Antonio Romero Ibérico Cebo de Campo Ham, a refined expression of Spanish tradition and craftsmanship. I come from Ibérico pigs raised in open fields, where they roam freely and feed on grass and cereals, developing a balanced, authentic flavour that reflects the land they come from.

I have been patiently cured for over two years, resting in the natural cellars of Spain under carefully controlled conditions. Time, fresh air, and artisanal know-how have shaped me into a ham with a delicate aroma, silky texture, and a mellow, savoury taste that lingers gently on the palate.

My story is also defined by my breed. Being 50% Ibérico, I inherit the distinctive characteristics of the Ibérico pig — especially its remarkable ability to naturally infiltrate fat into the muscle. This gives me a smooth, juicy texture and a pleasant richness that makes every slice harmonious and elegant.

Hand-carved by expert master cutters, each slice is prepared with precision and respect for tradition. I am made for those who appreciate authenticity, balance, and the everyday luxury of a truly well-crafted Ibérico ham.

I love cool and dry places, so please store me in one. Once you’ve opened me, keep me refrigerated to preserve my freshness and quality.

Before enjoying me, open the pack at least 30 minutes in advance and allow me to reach room temperature. This will awaken my aromas and reveal my full flavour — best enjoyed slowly and in good company.
